Consultancy by the hour :

We are happy to help with any part of your self-storage journey.

• General advice
• Complete project management
• Adhoc advice when required
• Specific advice on any part of your business (typically; software intergration, wedsites, customer servcie, land search, legal, store rooms, security)

Full Day ‘how to set up your self storage business’ :

Our ‘how to’ consultancy days are a full 6 hours in the classroom as well as a visit to one of our self storage facilities.

We offer these days either exclusively or jointly with up to 5 other prospective self storage entrepreneurs, the choice is yours.

Whether you opt to share the day or have us all to yourselves, the day will follow the same schedule

• Arrival 9.30am – Drinks and introductions
• 10.00 – 11.15am – Land requirements
• 11.30am – 12.45pm – Business plan, what to consider and how to plan to make a profit
• 12.45pm – 1.15pm – Lunch
• 1.15pm – 2.30pm – Operations; man hours required, likley operational issues, practicalities, site opening hours
• 2.45pm – 4pm – Software, payment methods, website, accounts, refunds, google reviews, advertising, customer care and upselling.
• 4.00pm – Q&A session
• Depart – 5.00pm

Includes a buffet lunch. Hot and cold drinks and biscuits all day. (If we conduct consutancy away from our Leicester office, we regret it is hard for us to provide lunch)

Typically, consultancy can be arranged within 2-3 weeks.

  • 1 hours consultancy – £300 plus VAT

Prices exclude VAT @ 20%
Expenses are charged additionally for consultancy away from Leicester at £0.60 mile for the round trip and £200.00 per night accomodation if the round trip is more than 4 hours, additional expenses may apply to London and other major cities
