Reserve a 180sqft room. Pay your security deposit now, then pay one months rent the day before you move in.

Depth 10ft (3m). Width 18ft (5.5m) , Height 8ft tall (2.4m) approximate dimensions.

2 MONTHS HALF PRICE!

Pay a security deposit of £166.67+vat (£200) now and we GUARANTEE you will be able to move in on 1st April 2025 or later if you prefer*.

Your security deposit is fully refunded when you leave the room empty.

On 31st March we will contact you to take payment for one months rent in advance.

STANDARD ROOM PRICE £408 per month (£340+vat)

We only charge half price for the first two months at £204.00 (£170+vat) per month.

After the first two months your payments will rise to £408 per month.

You will get issued codes for the entry gates, warehouse roller doors and your individual store room.

Each store room is individually alarmed and you can access it 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Back your car or van right up to the roller shutter doors. Trolleys available to move your belongings around.

Simply give us 30 days notice when you decide to leave and in the meantime we will charge you rent each month to the card you give us when we call you on 31st March.

*please note you will be able to move in by 1st April, however if you wish to move in at a later date that is fine, you can move in any day of April and we will start charging you rent on the day you move in.
