Toilets are available in Specialist Crafts during normal business hours if you ask politely! Or there are toilers at KFC/Morrisons on the roundabout on Waterside Road (Waterside Rd, Leicester LE5 1TL) which is 1 minute drive or 5 minutes walk.
Container storage – there are no toilet facilities available.
Storage rooms, office space and warehouse – there are toilets available in each building.
The nearest public toilet is at the Coop on Station Road/Trent Lane, which is 3 minutes walk and 30 seconds drive. (COOP Store, Station Rd, Castle Donington, DE74 2NJ)
Our sites are not manned on a daily basis so you need to have given your supplier instructions of how to access your storage.
No. Due to limited space, no parking is allowed on site. No vehicles can be left on site at anytime if you are not attending your storage room/container.
Containers and storage rooms do not have electricity as standard, however electricity can be provided in some units if there is a plug socket (1 x 30amp supply, standard plug socket) at an additional monthly cost. Please contact us for more information.
Storage Rooms (Internal Storage) are fully lit with sense lighting.
Containers do not have internal lighting.

Store Rooms – our buildings are water tight so no dampness will not be an issue.
Containers – all containers are water tight however there may be condensation which is occurs when the metal container heats and cools. We suggest keeping sensitive items away from the container edges if you feel this may be a problem. Please see FAQ “What you can Store” to check if your goods are suitable.

We have shipping containers in all of our locations and store rooms at our facility in Coventry, this is a list of wahts available at each location:
Leicester North (LE9 2HH) – 10ft, 20ft and 40ft shipping containers
Castle Donington (DE74 2NW) – 10ft, 20ft and 40ft shipping containers
Coventry Exhall (CV7 9EP) – 10ft, 20ft and 40ft shipping containers, and store rooms in a range of sizes from 25 sqft to 180 sqft. We also have warehouse style units of 315 sqft to 915 sqft

We have store rooms from 25sqft all the way up to 915sqft, and shipping containers from 75sqft to 310sqft.
The smallest store room is 25sqft which is 5ft x 5ft (1.5m x 1.5m).
The smallest container is called a ’10ft’ container, which is 75sqft internally.
All store rooms and containers are 8ft (2.4m) tall
